Die Karotten sch\u00e4len und raspeln. Dann \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen, Faschiertes darin gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig anr\u00f6sten und Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Karotten zugeben und weiter anbraten. Tomaten und Tomatenmark sowie das Ketchup, Basilikum, Oregano, Thymian, Salz und Pfeffer hinzugeben und auf kleinster Stufe ca. 10 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend die\u00a0<strong>Bechamelsauce<\/strong>\u00a0herstellen: Daf\u00fcr Butter in einem Topf zerlassen, Mehl zuf\u00fcgen und sofort mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren. Jetzt ganz langsam unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren die Milch zuf\u00fcgen. Langsam aufkochen und r\u00fchren bis die Sauce dicklich ist. Sodann mit Pfeffer, Salz und Muskat w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die\u00a0<strong>Lasagne<\/strong>\u00a0eine Auflaufform mit Oliven\u00f6l einfetten. Nun abwechselnd die\u00a0Lasagnebl\u00e4tter\u00a0und Bolognesesauce einschichten. Mit den Lasagnebl\u00e4ttern beginnen, danach die Sauce usw. abwechselnd schichten.<\/li>\n<li>Ganz zum Schluss mit der Bechamelsauce abschlie\u00dfen und frisch geriebenen Gouda draufgeben.
