Danach ca. 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. W\u00e4hrenddessen das Gem\u00fcse in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und die Zitrone auspressen. Den Feta-K\u00e4se ebenfalls klein w\u00fcrfeln. Die ganzen Zutaten nun zum Couscous geben. Danach K\u00fcrbis halbieren, mit dem L\u00f6ffel entkernen und in grobe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. Dann wird \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen und alles unter R\u00fchren. Die Zutaten anschwitzen lassen und mit hei\u00dfem Wasser bedecken. Zuerst die Br\u00fche und anschlie\u00dfend die Sahne hinzugeben.
